STANDARD FEATURES
This machine has been designed and made to solve the expensive problem of a safe, reliable and intelligent storing of sleeves used in flexo printing presses and production of labels.
The machine consist essentially in robotised big cabinet with the vertical extension, very strong and suitably dimensioned, equipped with as many supports as the existing sleeves, to be stored relatively to their own configuration.
The distance between the supports is not constant but according the diameter of the sleeves to be stored, so to get the most suitable dimension of the equipment.
A mechanical device with sliding guides actioned by motors controlled by an intelligent electronically system provides to depositate the sleeves inside the store or to pick them up and depositate them on the conveyor frame inside the machine, by operating on the set or on the required quantity of sleeves over the operator acting quite easily on the panel.
Of course the same device can make the reverse operation, that is the research, recovering and positioning on the entrance trolley of single as well of sets of cylinders according to the operator's request from the display. An electronically memory remembers all the stock and the respective loading and unloading operations.
The functions are :
1. management of the sleeves holder trolley at the equipment entrance
2. taking over the sleeves from the trolley
3. automatic sleeves recognising
4. storing of the sleeves in the suitable spaces
5. taking over the sleeves from such spaces
6. returning back the sleeves to the trolley
