STANDARD FEATURES
•The interchangeable Multipress modules allow a personalisation of the machine according the user’s exigency while the costs of its standard construction are kept accurately controlled by the manufacturer.

•Chambered doctor blade “flexomat” with double trap, elimination of air bubbles; the re-cycling is gauged and ink entry all over the front line with even fulfilling of high speed anilox
•The doctor blade structure is supported at the ends by ball bearings allowing a 72° automatic rotation, ball recycling guiders actioned by autolocking pneumatic cylinders, independent setting-up of the pressure and autorecovering of the blade wearing-up
•The changing up of the blade can be carried over by means of a pneumatic action easied up by the autorotation of the “flexomat” doctor blade
•The side tightening washers are of “vyram” plastic material wearingproof vulcanised and studied so to allow their being used again
•The structural configuration is protected by hydrorepulsive “teflon” material and allows its automatic selfwashing
•The ink control device, asides from the self-washing of the double pumps, of the tubings and of the doctor blades, checks automatically and maintains during all job time along the pre-setted viscosity
•The re-cycling and the washing are carried on by 8 pressuring and 8 suction pumps of centrifugal type and of hydrorepulsive material. Such re-cycling force secures also an higher inking at high printing speeds
•During the print processing it is possible to prepare the inks for the new successive job, so to reach an automatical and immediate disposition of the pre-selected tanks
•Ink control is made up by 16 tanks containing each over 40 liters of ink and by 8 tanks containing each 10 liters of thinner
•Asides from the checking and maintaining of the ink viscosity, you have on the display the “bargraph”, which informs by means of a visual optical signal and for each ink the lowest reached level. Once the pre-setted time is over without regenerating of the ink level the signal will become acoustical and after a certain time you will have the emergency stop of the machine
•By means of a “robot pancer” with 10 axles incorporated in the sides of the print unit it is possible to carry on a quick change of the 8 cylinders anilox-cliches-holders in simultaneous
•Both the “trans 8 R” trolleys are made by 8 locations and placed on both sides of the printing unit; they allow the unloading and loading up in simultaneous mode within a time of approximately 10 minutes
•Intercolor drying boxes by air processing with utmost extended overhead dryer, 46.000 cubic meters of air with 26 KW of installed power checked by conveying inverters
•Air process heating in the non-conductor accessible “Drainer” box , where it is possible to install any transductor or thermoconveyor
