STANDARD FEATURES
This machine has been designed and made to slove the expensive problem of a safe, reliable and intelligent storing of cylinders used in flexo printing presses.
The machine consist essentially in a big cabinet, very strong and suitably dimensioned, with inside the boards for storing of cylinders.
The distance between the board is not constant but according the diameter of the cylinders to be stored on each of them, so to get the most suitable dimension of the equipment.
A mechanical device appositely studied and activated by motors driven by an electronic system, takes over cylinders on the entrance trolley and store them inside the booth keeping in consideration their dimensions and weights optimising the way and the positioning research.
Of course the same device can make the reverse operation, that is the research, recovering and positioning on the entrance trolley of single as well of sets of cylinders according to the operator's request from the video panel.
The functions are :
1. management of the cylinders holder trolley at the equipment entrance
2. taking over the cylinders from the trolley
3. automatic cylinders recognising
4. storing of the cylinders in the suitable spaces
5. taking over the cylinders from such spaces
6. returning back the cylinders to the trolley
