It is a modern and quick system to clean up the anilox flexographic and gravure rolls.
One of the most typical problems of the flexographic printing is the perfect cleaning up of anilox rolls, most especially the laser graved and the ceramic ones.
CLEANERMATIC solves perfectly and definitely this problem without use of chemicals or toxical products through a revolutionary cleaning system. In fact, the mechanic-chemical action of a harmless product gives guaranteed exceptional results.
CLEANERMATIC is available in three lengths to satisfy the exigencies of the printing factories using anilox rolls.
The cleaning cycle is controlled entirely by a microprocessor, so that no manual operations are needed. On the contrary, it brings automatically the nozzle into position, selects the rotating speed, the forwarding speed and the stroke length relatively to the web table. The working time is in function of the dimensions of the roll and of the kind of the used ink, normally from 10 to 20 minutes at very low cost. No damage might occur to the ceramic coating. On demand an electric hoist can be supplied to allow the quickest and safest loading/unloading of the rolls and an on-line air compressor.
